The price quotes on Travelocity was less than what I was charged

I apologize if there was a price discrepancy. The price on your reservation is 10 less then the price on your expedia reservation.

We did not need to check in right away, which was good because our room was not ready at 4:00. Got right in later in the evening after the event we attended.

We had to wait one hour for our room to be ready. Check in was suppose to be at 4:00 and we weren’t able to get our room until 5:00. Staff was very kind, supportive and understanding. We did enjoy the hotel; disappointed hot tub was broken. We would stay here again as the location is perfect being at Canal Park, staff was very welcoming and breakfast was yummy!! We loved the renovated hotel!
