No staff on site to help with issues
Publié le 18 févr. 2024 sur HotelsThere was no staff on site when we checked in. This is fine when there's no issues with your stay but we experienced noise issues at night. I tried to call the number left at the door for check in and when a very sleep woman answered who said she'd contact the people staying in the room next to us we thought our problems were solved. Unfortunately, when we called back 10 minutes later as the noise was persisting, our calls had been diverted to voicemail. It seems sensible to only run a hotel if you're going to staff it properly! Needless to say, we wouldn't stay here again.

Excellent value and big rooms / beds!

Rooms could do with a thorough clean to remove the multiple cobwebs around the ceiling and a good hoover of the carpets to remove the layers of dust on the corners and around the legs of the bed.
Pile of hair on the bathroom floor was difficult to miss too.
Mattress on the bed is ridiculously firm resulting in a poor nights sleep and aggravated back this morning.
Breakfast was very nice this morning.
