The room was spacious, and the bathroom had a bath and separate shower. The room was tastefully decorated and spotless. The dinner and breakfast were excellent. The hotel reception, restaurant area and spa were all tastefully decorated and light. But the best part of our stay were the staff who were all extremely friendly, helpful and professional.

From the moment we arrived, the service was brilliant. Every staff member we met was genuinely delightful. My daughter absolutely loved the swimming pool, and I made the most of the hot tub. Our room was comfortable with a lovely view, and we really enjoyed our stay overall.

Lovely location, and a great view from the room. The room was lovely, but could do with more places to hang towels. There was no noise from neighbouring rooms, but sound proofing from the road could be improved. Breakfast was lovely, really good selection and some nice food. The spa is quite good. It was just when we visited. Credit to the staff who were at pains to control entry to prevent it getting over crowded. The sauna and steam room were both maybe a little bit smaller than usual.

The room was spotless , though the heating was broken it was fixed within an hour by lovely helpful staff . Breakfast delicious . All staff we met were so friendly and polite. The only downside is the parking , couldn’t get a space for a while then found out we had to pay for it £14 for two nights . But all in all it’s our girls weekend get away and it’s always a great stay
