TRès bon sejour avec vue sur le concert du 31 decembre depuis la chambre.Attention musique jusque 6 heures du matin!

Bon hotel sécurisé avec un accès direct à un centre commercial avec divers resto. Le petit dej est excellent. La wifi n'est gratuite que 15mn par jour et par chambre, après c'est payant. Chambres petites sans séparation d'intimité avec le wc ou la douche. Le lavabo est visible en face du lit. L'hotel est sonore, les portes claquent jour et nuit. Les rideaux ne sont pas occultants. La piscine n'est accessible que si le jardin n'est pas été loué pour une convention ou une soirée privée. Le DJ fera sa musique jusqu'à minuit et demi... de plus la piscine ne sera pas accessible la veille pour la mise en place, ni le lendemain, il faut bien ranger. L'hotel est écarté du centre ville est c'est préférable pour le sécurité, l'accès autoroute ou la proximité de la plage. Le personnel est aux petits soins, accessible, à l'écoute et avec certaines personnes il est facile de partager de bons moments de rire en anglais et avec d'autres en français. Je déconseille cet hôtel pour se reposer.

Good location, excellent service, nice rooms, good view over the ocean. The indian restaurant in the hotel is of good quality.

This was my 10th stay at the property, I noticed housekeeping is not as my past stays, you have to continuously ask for basic things that should be in the room like bath towels.

The Hotel is well placed for families because the restaurants, casino, movie theatre are downstairs which is convenient. The rooms are clean and functional however, the cleaners need to pay attention to detail as there is noticeable black mildew buildup in the shower. Vegetarian breakfast must be requested although the chef frying the eggs seemed to take my request grudgingly.
