Ein Gefühl der Erleichterung überkam mich, als ich das Haus betrat. Es fühlte sich an wie ein Zuhause fern von zu Hause, besonders mit all den Büchern, die auf mich warteten. Die Küche war voll ausgestattet und machte es einfach, nach einem langen Tag in Durbuy und Umgebung eine Mahlzeit zuzubereiten. Außerdem gab es eine schöne Terrasse, ideal für den Morgenkaffee inmitten der Naturschönheit.

Zag er niet erg hygienisch uit. Eerste verdieping stonk het. Toen we de badkamer open deden stonk het nog harder. Bubbelbad binnen werkte niet meer. Mede door het bubbelbad hadden we dit huisje gekozen. Was dus een dikke tegenvaller. Omgeving was rustig en dichtbij verschillende dorpjes en leuke activiteiten.
