Room was clean but in need of some updating. Nice furniture but very uncomfortable mattress. Sign saying close bathroom door as steam could cause fire alarm to go off. However, foil stuck over vent which could account for mould. More like a motel than hotel as rooms are in annex around car park. Not an issue but just dont expect to be in main building. Noisy as on main road, take ear plugs if light sleeper. Cannot comment on bar or restaurant as didn't use them . Check in was speedy if not exactly welcoming. Same with checkout. No one asked how my stay was. Wouldn't stay there again but that was because i wwas in the area fir a specific event that is unlikely to be tepeated.

Excellent food, good staff and service. Dining room far too cold. Radiator not on in bathroom but very cosy in bedroom. Decor a little bit dated but overall very clean. Would definitely consider it again in the warmer weather

Was not a hotel as described was a motel. Bed was small and uncomfortable. Too small for 2 adults and extremely soft. Tea and coffee making facilities with 1 biscuit to share in room. Room very basic. Smelly cigarette pot outside front door. Breakfast had Luke warm coffee. 8.30am most food had ran out and told was not being replenished!! Definitely not worth £12.50 and continental breakfast dire with an extremely poor selection. Toast, plain yoghurt and a bit of fruit and cereal. Definitely not worth £105 stay in the room. Will not be going back.
