Posted Sep. 3, 2022 on HotelsThe toilet smelt like a sewer, damp or rot I could not sleep until 5:30am due to exhaustion the smell was really bad, tried to call to change rooms as there was nobody there but I was offered 25pound coupon and to leave my room with my wife and 2 children. Terrible service.

Hotel charged me twice for one booking
