Excellent hotel! Our room was way above our expectations. Very spacious, comfortable beds, mini fridge, tv, hot water heater, coffee and tea packets. The underground parking garage is located directly below the hotel. All tourist attractions and restaurants are a short walk away. I would definitely recommend Melia Hotels.

Hotel facilities and professionalism of staff made this a perfect stay for us. We were entirely satisfied. The location was an added bonus. We were able to take advantage of the Park, the weather was very good enabling us to relax in open air.

Great service but I felt pressured to get out of the room got the cleaners. Also, no having menus makes it very difficult to get room service. It needs a transition period. Also, very convenient net zero for hotel to stop providing toiletries and having to use the same products half way through.

Room, breakfast, spa were all nice. It was unfortunate they they advertise E.V. charging and have Tesla charging signs up in the garage, even the chargers don’t work and are powered off. I waited a day for the one (of 4) chargers that was supposed yo be working only to find non of them work. There’s no sign saying they are out of service, you have to pay for parking and then find out for yourself they have been turned off. Having a charger for my car was a major reason why I booked the room so I felt cheated that the place advertised a feature that it doesn’t turn on :/
