Caribbean Paradise!

Leave the doors open and feel the cool breeze pass through the home giving it a great vibe. Jeremy and his team were very professional, accommodating and responsive to anything we needed during our stay. This place is very safe and everyone on the island were Fl very friendly. We will for sure come stay again.

Wonderful secluded honeymoon spot!

The hosts Jeremey and his brother-in-law Ben were very responsive to any questions or issues that came up. The house is well stocked with any of the basics we needed. We ordered groceries that were delivered the day we arrived. We cooked most of our meals at the house, because we truly didn’t want to leave. Rent a vehicle for the week from Paradise Jeep and you’ll be met at the ferry or airport by their rep and led to the property. We arrived late in the day, so we were driven to the property where our Paradise rep was picked up. The owners of the property will advise you on the best restaurants and the absolute best and private beaches on the island.

The most beautiful views!

Jeremy was very responsive to any questions I had ahead of our stay & Ben met us and led us to the house on check-in day and explained everything we needed to know right down to the best little beach right down the road. The kitchen was well appointed with everything one would need to prepare meals during a stay however we didn't want to cook so all we did was make coffee in the mornings & use the fridge for beer. The welcome bottle of prosecco made the perfect pineapple mimosas! The hot tub on deck makes for a perfect evening and even though we used the air conditioning in the bedroom at night for sleeping, the house never felt warm with the breezes blowing through the open air floor plan. We had plenty of towels to use and the beach chairs & cooler was a very welcome amenity. This place is truly heavenly to stay while exploring Tortola and the other islands. Can't recommend enough & we look forward to returning again some day.

Excellent views
Publié le 14 déc. 2023 sur HomeAwayA cute little house furnished with old antiques. The bed was very comfortable with a quality mattress. Plenty of towels and dishes. Could use a deep cleaning- cupboards, corners and behind things. But enjoyed our stay and would recommend. Dry convenient location too.

We had an incredible 9 day stay at the Cooten House. The views are simply mesmerizing & stunning! The privacy of the property was outstanding and the overall layout of the house was just perfect for the 2 of us. The open air breezes that rush through the house can not be any more peaceful....you feel like you are part of the mountainside that the home is built on. We cooked many of our meals at the house and bounced around the island each day. Exploring Tortola is a real treat and the people of Tortola could not be nicer and more welcoming. From day trip ferry rides to Jost Van Dyke and Virgin Gorda to wonderful days at the many stunning beaches our trip could not have been any better. It was so hard to leave. Thank you Jeremy and Ben for allowing us to create a lifelong memory! We can't wait to come back for another visit.

Spectacular
Publié le 17 nov. 2023 sur HomeAwayWe had a wonderful time visiting Tortola. The house was great and Jeremy and Ben are very helpful. Can't say enough about the view. We loved being out on the deck and having happy hour on the gazebo-bed. The house has one bedroom, but it seems much larger. The island is beautiful and the people are extremally welcoming. We drove all over the island, enjoying the many beaches. We took a free ferry to Scrub Island and Marina Cay. We took another ferry to Virgin Gorda. Everywhere we went we had a great time.

A view of beauty

A/C in the bedroom works great and was a lifesaver on the humid nights. Ben was a great property manager and a great help more than once! Overall, the property was beautiful and well kept and we absolutely would love to go back.

A must if you are staying in Tortola!
Publié le 18 août 2023 sur HomeAwayMy whole experience with Jeremy and Ben (his on site property manager) and the Cooten House was amazing! This is my first time ever using Vrbo so I was a bit nervous for the unknown but Jeremy was a fantastic host! Upon arriving he included us with popular restaurants and excursions we could do during our stay. If we had any particular questions, he would respond that same hour, usually within 10 minutes! The pictures when over looking the balcony does not do the view justice! Jeremy also put us in touch with a Car Rental company “Paradise Jeep Rentals” and they were just equally as amazing! Goya was waiting for us at the airport upon arrival, took us to the grocery store and then back to the house! The whole trip went amazing and part of that was because of Jeremy and his wonderful recommendations! You would be doing yourself a disservice by not booking the Cooten house when staying at Tortola!! Thank you Jeremy and Ben and Paradise Jeep Rentals!!
