Step inside to discover a newly remodeled galley kitchen, complete with sleek stainless steel appliances and all the tools you need to whip up delicious meals or enjoy takeout from our nearby eateries. With an expansive living space featuring large windows, bask in the warm afternoon sunlight while relaxing with your favorite book or simply soaking in the tranquil ambiance.

Retreat to one of our two inviting bedrooms, each furnished with brand-new, hypoallergenic mattresses for a restful night's sleep. The master bedroom boasts a luxurious queen bed and a 4K smart TV, while the second bedroom offers one queen bed and two cozy twin-size beds, also equipped with a 4K smart TV.
All beds are adorned with new mattresses and allergen-proof mattress pads and encasements to ensure a restful night's sleep. Additionally, there's ample space in the living room or master suite for an air mattress or cot if needed.

We’ve stayed at Stacey’s property twice and it’s wonderful! Clean, well equipped, and beautifully decorated. It’s an easy walk to a very quiet private beach. My kids loved the foosball table and swing in the front yard.

Wonderful home for a family stay

Home was perfect for family vacation. Lovely home with many amenities from foosball to fire pit to puzzles and walking distance to the beach. Something for everyone. Easy drive to Sandwich or HYA. Adorable property with responsive hosts, highly recommend.

Perfect Cape Cod Get-Away

My husband and I found the house perfect for our needs. It was just a short drive to restaurants, shops, and points of interest. Also, it was a less than ten minute walk to the private beach. We appreciated the cleanliness of the house and how well equipped the kitchen was. Located in a quiet neighborhood, it was easy to get a good night’s sleep. We’d love to make staying here a regular event.

The home in Sandwich was completely charming and very well-appointed. It's in a cute neighborhood with a great beach vibe - and a short walk to the beach itself, which was very peaceful when we were there on Columbus Day weekend. We had an amazing stay at this vacation rental! The property was absolutely beautiful, with easy access to the beach and a peaceful atmosphere that made it the perfect getaway. Absolutely Perfect

This house was perfect for what my family wanted and needed for our summer getaway. Great location right over the bridge. An easy two minute walk to the family-friendly beach, or there is a small parking area which is convenient for younger families who may have more stuff. House is a quick (5-10 minute) drive to anything you may want to do - restaurant, shops, golf, local coffee shops, supermarket, whatever. The yard was great for cornhole, wiffleball, or sitting and relaxing by a fire pit. House was immaculate, everything worked as advertised and everything they said would be at the property, from kitchen items to beach carts, were all there as promised. The Antonios were remarkably responsive.

Beautiful setting

We loved our stay once again this year. The neighborhood is just beautiful and quiet. Great for sitting outside with a good book or a short walk to the beach. There are great shops and restaurants close by. The house is well equipped if you choose to stay in and cook. Loved that linens were provided! Stacey is a wonderful host.

Great beach vacation

We absolutely loved our stay at the beach house! The house was very clean with a family friendly layout. We enjoyed being able to walk to the beach and play in the water. The neighborhood was quiet, friendly, and easy to walk around. There were great places to eat dinner nearby and a nice location to access other parts of the Cape. Perfect vacation house

My family loved our stay at this house! The location was perfect, a short walk or bike ride to the beach, which was made even easier by the beach wagon provided. The house was exceptionally clean, updated, functional, nice and cool on hot days thanks to the central air, and the kitchen had everything we needed. The outdoor space was lovely and the kids especially loved the foosball table in the garage. Stacey was responsive, helpful, and has a binder available with great information about the house as well as local recommendations. We are so thankful we were able to stay in such a perfect and comfortable house that set us up to truly relax and enjoy our vacation! Thank you!!

Book it, perfect house for Cape stay

3 blocks to the beach was a bonus to the super clean and updated house. It was a perfect clutter free escape to relax in between our Cape Cod adventures. Little added bonuses were the air fryer oven to reheat french fries, the fooseball table to play with my 7 yr old, and perfectly organized drawers with all the little things you need on a vacation. We travel often and this is one of the best rental homes we have ever stayed in. Thanks!

My wife and I live in Florida, but my wife is from the Boston area. Her brother lives very close to the VRBO property. We hope that the owners will allow us to utilize their VRBO home again. It was beyond clean. Spotless! The neighborhood was fantastic with friendly neighbors. The home had all of the amenities one would want in the summer! From beach chairs to beach passes to a kayak. The home had an outdoor grill and outdoor fireplace. We took advantage of these items! Just a fun home. And Cape Cod has so much to do! We just had a TREMENDOUS time! Thank you!

Another fabulous stay at the beach!

This was our second time at the beach house and we loved it! Great neighborhood and quick walk to the beach, house was super clean and neat and recent upgrades were a bonus! Stacey has always been very helpful and responsive. We love it here and definitely want to come back!

Five Star Beach House

We had a wonderful time at the beach house. All of the renovations were excellent! The new kitchen had enough counter space that both my husband and I could prepare a meal together. The beach house is very well maintained with a lovely patio. Great beach access makes this beach house a winner! We will be back next year!

Wonderful !

We very much enjoyed our stay here. The home was spotless upon arrival and had everything we needed for a great week. Walk to the beach is very quick and was great with little ones who don't always last too long on the beach. We took advantage of the fire pit in the yard and had a few lovely nights by the fire. Everything was great - absolutely no complaints. We enjoyed Heritage Gardens with our granddaughter who loved the restored carousel. It was fun exploring a new part of the Cape!
