We visit Cape Cod at least once a year and always stay here. It is cozy and quiet and just across the road from the visitor center. The new owners couldn’t be nicer and make us feel right at home. Why would we stay anywhere else?

If you want to be treated like family, book your next stay at Cape Cod at The Inn at the Oaks! From the moment we arrived, we were welcomed with warmth and genuine hospitality that made us feel right at home. The breakfast was fantastic, offering a delicious variety that started each day on a high note. Our room was incredibly comfy and inviting, making it the perfect retreat after a day of exploring the beautiful surroundings. The owners genuinely go above and beyond to ensure their guests have a memorable experience. I can't wait to return and stay longer at this delightful bed and breakfast!

The flowers were in full bloom and all the gardens were beautifully maintained. The common areas of the house were comfortable and inviting and there were outdoor spaces to enjoy as well. Breakfast was a treat, especially if you like waffles! Lots of variety to choose from. The hosts went out of their way to make sure our stay was a delight. They were very knowledgeable about the area and offered suggestions and provided information when asked. We would definitely return.

The Inn at the Oaks is under new ownership and is just lovely, and I was lucky to see it with everything in bloom. It provides very easy access to the National Seashore Visitor Center across the road.

Excellent Inn!

We had a lovely stay at this Inn. The room was quiet, comfortable and clean. Breakfast was delicious and the hosts were cordial. It was a great choice for our Eastham stay.
