Very dated and dark rooms but also extremely clean and the bed was comfy. My room was in a noisy common area which was not helpful as I was travelling for work. Lots of smokers staying. Very basic with minimal amenity and affordable accomodation but sometimes that’s all you need. Staff were friendly enough on check in.

Good location close to all shops and dining options, also close to Port of Echuca & river areas
Lighting a bit dark for those looking to do a bit of work in the room.

Reception lady was very good. Liked the fresh milk for coffee bed was fairly comfortable just facility a little dated and other guests congregating outside smoking ect not nice near rooms.
