These semi-detached villas are located in the Cochem holiday resort and were restyled in 2017. The design is modern, comfortable and cosy. You have a living room with floor heating and an open kitchen furnished with appliances. There are two bathrooms, one of which with a traditional sauna. The bedrooms have two single-person box-spring beds, whether or not in a two-person setup. There is a TV in one of the bedrooms. A storage room with washing machine and dryer complete the picture. There is a garden with terrace and garden furniture and there is a parking space by the villa for one car. 2027: The swimming pool is closed from 11.01 to 17.01.2027 due to renovation work.
