Low water pressure

Water tricked out of the faucet and shower head and was often insufficient r for even flushing the toilet. We reported this to the front desk our second day, but received no response and there was no improvement. We stayed at this property one year ago and did not have this issue.

The only thing i did not like was that, when i made the reservation it was showing as a double room and when i got there the employee told me they dont offer double rooms unless you pay an extra fee.

Dirty Towels
Publié le 26 févr. 2024 sur HotelsWe were scheduled for 3 days housekeeping never cleaned room we had to use our dirty towels to dry off with cause it states they clean every other day but didn’t I’m shocked this chain is usually great but not this time.

One of the female desk representatives was extremely rude. Her attitude and customer service skills were terrible. There was a mixup with our reservation, and she was very callous and uncaring about it.
