Such a lovely place to be at. Great view, location is superb. It definitely added to my experience, visiting Edinburgh for the first time. I will go back again.

Excellent room and service from the staff. Could have done with more wardrobe hanging space but thats the only small critique

A perfect location
Posted Jan. 30, 2024 on HotelsHotel was situated in the grassmarket area which was perfect for all the major tourist attractions in the old town, plus had great bus links to the city centre.
The area has great bars and restaurants to suit all tastes.

Winter break.
Posted Jan. 29, 2024 on HotelsOur daughters had booked two nights and we had booked an additional two nights, the receptionist found our two bookings and combined them so we would not need to change rooms mid stay. They were all very professional and friendly. The swimming pool and sauna were a bonus and always very quite every time we used them. Would definitely consider staying here again when revisiting Edinburgh.

All the staff were friendly and helpful. Breakfast was amazing haggis every morning and the selection was the best i hafe had. The room was very warm even with the windows open and the room was cleaned and replenished everyday with quality products

Very nice hotel and we had a comfortable stay, location is ideal for getting to all the main tourist attractions. All staff were very friendly, approachable and helpful. Only negative was: no thermostat in room so we weren’t able to control the room temperature.
