Nice stay in renovated, modern rooms. Room was on the smaller side so be aware of this if you require a lot of space. Area felt safe with central Edinburgh a brief walk or bus ride away.

The rooms are modern although I would change the side of the soap to wash hands to be beside the sink. The WiFi service was great and easy to connect. Missed some eggs and/or sausages and/or bacon in the breakfast but nice place to have the breakfast. Convenient location close to bus and TRAM stops

On a quieter side of town, very safe with good close options for dining within 2-3 block radius. Staff was friendly and very helpful with all our needs. Room was a bit lackluster, felt like the bedding wasnt overly clean
