Room was clean and prepared for the family requirements and our dog. Staff were super friendly and helpful from the staff at the bar to reception. We thoroughly enjoyed the leisure club and spa facilities. Breakfast was delicious with a special menu and also met our daughter’s dietary requirements. Not our first visit and would highly recommend a stay if you have a dog.

The Norton House Hotel & Spa was amazing! We stayed here because it was close to the airport, but really enjoyed walking around the peaceful grounds. Service at the restaurant was a bit slow the night we were there, but the food was good. The front desk staff were very helpful.

There was some event of people with loud music and loud microphones that echoed throughout the building. I lost sleep because of this. I will not stay here again despite the wonderful spa and staff.
