Extremely comfortable bed! Beautiful room on a quiet side street and a 15 minute walk to the Royal Mile but still surrounded by walkable eateries. We had an easy check in and no complaints!

We enjoyed our stay at this property very much. The staff were so friendly and helpful, the breakfasts was great, the bed was comfortable and we really loved the view out over the garden. Away from the hustle and bustle of the city, the property was very quiet but major bus routes to tourist attractions were less than a block away. The one improvement that could be made is to match the bedding size to the size of the bed. We had a king size bed but the duvet barely covered the top of the bed so it did not cover both of us adequately.
