Stayed a few times and it’s always been a pleasure however the reservations team (I assume aren’t based in hotel) are very rude and condescending. It’s a shame because the staff in house are excellent

The Scholar staff is amazing and very friendly! I appreciated their approach to helping me when I needed something. I also had dinner at the restaurant and that was great too. The hotel is super clean and walking distance to many nearby locations. The room was nicely spaced and organized. The amenities was very good too!
The lounge area was a nice place to sit and catch up on your work or just read.
Again, staff is amazing!

The staff were lovely and helpful. The accomodation was beautiful, practical and at a good price. I am pretty sure I'll be back and my friend too

Wonderful stay
Posted Dec. 19, 2023 on HotelsAmazing hotel room, services, and breakfast choices! Went there for a conference and the hotel is situated at the same site as John McIntyre Conference Hall. Very convenient, would recommend!

A very clean and comfortable hotel. It is in the student accommodation area and is an easy walk into the centre which takes about 25 minutes or there are buses. Helpful staff
