Coastal retreat with nature views

One of Edisto's Best! Tons of Sun is a duplex located in Ocean Ridge. This 2BR/2BA unit is surrounded by serene nature. Located in the gated Wyndham community, you can find many activities to explore. The community has access to golf, pools, tennis, and more. This home is just around the corner from tennis and pickle balls courts and the golf clubhouse. Bring or rent bikes to get around Edisto with ease. The complex is less than 10 minute ride to the soft sandy beach.

This duplex unit overlooks a small pond that attracts local wildlife. Enjoy calm evenings on the screened-in porch or seating under the home. The kitchen is fully stocked and has a dishwasher to make meals a breeze. Gather over your favorite movie in the living room or have family game night at the dining table. The spacious primary bedroom has a a king bed, Smart TV, and ensuite full bathroom. The second bedroom has a queen and a twin bunk bed, perfect for a family with small children. There is an additional full bathroom. There is a washer/dryer closet under the home.

Ocean Ridge Amenities can be purchased for a fee, based on availability, through Club Wyndham Ocean Ridge. Amenities include 3 swimming pools, fitness room, mini-golf, playground, tennis courts, and beach cabana (located in the 2000 block of Palmetto Blvd).

Tons of Sun allows 2 well-behaved, house-broken, flea-treated dog with approval. Please include the breed and size of your dog(s) when you inquire. There is parking for 2 cars. This cute cottage was perfect for our family of three. My 12 year old loved the bunk beds and tv in his room. The space was clean and well stocked with paper goods. My only complaint was the freezer smelled like someone put frozen bait in there so it was stinky! I know that’s not easy to fix quickly.

Clean. Didn’t smell of pets! Just like listed, no beach chairs/gear available to use. Regular coffee pot. No started grounds but, again, wasn’t advertised there would be any. 8 minute drive to nearest beach access that allowed cars to park at-Access 17. Nice area to walk the dogs, but a small gator did come up in the backyard area several feet out of the water, so be mindful with animals. Condo has about 14 total steps to go up/down with your pet so keep that in mind. Also, golf cart rentals are very specific bc this property is a Wyndham property, so call ahead and get further details, as Wyndham has restrictions. Would stay here again, though!

Condo was clean, beds comfortable and kitchen well stocked.We have stayed on Edisto for over 40 years. We had never stayed within the confines of Wyndham. It was a nice change.
