Everything was perfect but the AC it wasn’t letting out it on high or med just low or off and hopefully they allow gaming systems to connect to the wifi it could help with the kids!! Other than that 9.5/10

The small touches like the free slurpee and coffee machinese were fantastic. The 24 hr laundry was convenient and clean. The games room was a big bonus.

This is my go to hotel when I am coming in for work. It is not over the top, but a reliable stay at a decent price. Don't expect luxury as this isn't that place but it is workable. The one thing that does bother me, especially as I am a single female traveler is they announce my room number when I check in. I would suggest that they just point to the room number on the key cards and let me go from there rather than announcing it so everyone can hear. This would help me feel and be safer as a person staying.

My stay was good. Staff were patient and helpful and the room was clean and tidy. The downtown area around the hotel is very sketchy though however it has notting to do with the hotel or in their control. Other than that it was a good experience.

After room is reserved and while checking in there is -Parking fee -You have to request to use Microwave and fridge -Had the audacity to give me an adjacent room where i can hear loud and clear people's intimate moans and much more disturbing things. -You have to request for your room to be cleaned, I did after two days stay but they just made the bed, ONLY THE BED, didn't even bother to throw away the used paper cups, in fact one of the cups was half empty just sitting on the table. I asked to change rooms but was told they're all bookd while their website and Expedia show many available rooms. I travel a lot and I've stayed in many hotels within the past 2 years (15-20) across 2 provinces and in the territories, but I've never been in such situations. For $160-200 CAD this is dumpster!!! I canceled my stay after 3 nights and went to The Matrix Hotel, probably 4-6 min walk where i got an amazing room with good view for $160. Do i recommend this place ABSOLUTELY NOT. Watch out people.

Perfect location for going to Roger’s place. Felt perfectly safe walking to and from the hotel and stadium. On site parking (for a fee). No fridge or microwave in the rooms which is a bummer. No breakfast either. Needs a makeover soon, but it was clean and adequate for an overnight stay for a concert.
