Forgot my credit card 4.5 hours away and hotel would not let myself and my 12 year old daughter check in. Offered to to buy a prepaid visa, cash or for them to take whatever deposit they wanted from my debit card. They would not make any Manager was aware that hotels were sold out in the city due to the morgan wallen concert and we had no where to go, forcing us to sleep in our vehicle. I booked this room 7 months in advance and they literally kicked a mother amd daughter to the streets rather than take our money. Disgusting management team.

Super friendly and clean

The staff was incredibly friendly, check in and check out was fast, the breakfast was good. They were clearly working on some renovations, but you could tell they try to make it as discreet as possible. I would definitely recommend this hotel

If the property is being renovated the rates should be discounted. room 409 shower tap is backwards for hot water which is tricky to figure out regardless of sign. One bath towel I grabbed was stained so I did not use. The overall rating is due to renovations, tap function and towel, not staff who where pleasant. Expectation is reno = lower discounted rates.

This property is under heavy renovations while staying in September, surprised me after reservations and checked in was made. Rooms were fine but the hallways to the room were a construction zone.

Could not recommend. Dirty bathroom, cool hot tub, average breakfast. Contacted the desk about noisy neighbors in the middle of the night and nothing was done. Stay somewhere else.
