The king room with a balcony was very spacious. The room had its own wall mounted heater, which was fine but the bathroom area stayed cool. It was extrememly cold outside duri g our stay. The lobby and breakfast area are well lit and clean. The only reason for four stars was the parking. When the main public lot fills up you have to park a block away in an overflow public lot. That would not be too bad if it weren't minus 25 in the morning! The pool, hot tub area and gym were all fine looking but we did not use them. Overall a good stay downtown for the price.

We will never stay again. It was awful for the price we paid! Just awful! We paid for parking which we thought meant underground, I guess our fault for not checking. But we’ve stayed downtown a lot and it’s been underground, safe parking when we book at hotels. The rooms floor looked like a flood had been through there and no damages were repaired. It says it sleeps 4, however, the pull out couch was single, and our son ended up sleeping on the floor. The only positive, nice thing about it was the staff Never again. Repair the damages before you give out that room. I hope they’re not all like that

The room was clean and just as described. It was quiet and a good stay. Housekeepers were great. We didn't need our room cleaned because we got there late Friday night and Saturday afternoon they did check to make sure we still didn't want it cleaned. Everyone was really friendly. Only complaint is the hot tub was luke warm with barely working jets. And it was a bit dirty. We went in once and didn't go back for our 2 night stay. So as long as you aren't counting on a hot hottub with good jets then it's great.
