The property was clean, amenities were updated and it was close to the airport. The breakfast was excellant. A main reason we booked however was the hot tub and steam room (the kids were excited to go in the hot tub). When we arrived and asked about it, we were surprised to learn that we were told it was out of order. When I went to look at the hot tub, it appears that a full renovation and tear down was underway and a lock was installed on the door; it appeared as that it had been closed for quite awhile and would probably still be closed for quite some time. My disappointment is that the hot tub and steam room is heavily promoted on the website and booking agencies and there was no mention of the closure when we booked the hotel stay a week ago, nor was there any notification on the emails we received prior to arrival of th closure. It would have been appreciated if we had known that the hot tub and steam room was closed until further notice, prior to booking. Then we could have made an informed choice whether to book or not. There was no adjustment made to the room rate even though what was offered was not what was advertised.

The breakfast was outstanding. One of the best we have ever had.
What I didn't like was not being able to stay for another night or two.

It was perfect. Clean rooms. A spa like hot tub room and sauna so we got to relax for an hour before bed. I’d stay there again for sure.

Everything was good, but the sofa bed was very uncomfortable. You can experience the spring of the sofa bed with your whole body.
