Overrated hotel
Posted Jan. 26, 2024 on HotelsThe two persons at the concierge during our check in time are NOT very warm. Seems cold and uninterested. I have high expectation of this hotel due to the ratings but i feel like i was scammed - first the laundry area is terrible. You need specific type of coins for it to function. The washer needs a dollar and the dryer needs a quarter only. Then the hotel is dated and the breakfast area is cramped. The water at the pool looks dirty!

Disappointed Customer
Posted Jan. 19, 2024 on HotelsI took a tri to Ottawa to see family. I stayed at this property on Jan. 8th going and Jan. 18th coming back. On my return I was disappointed that I was not able to park in a handicapped parking because non handicapped customers had taken the spots. I therefore parked in the closest spot I could which was Tesla charging spot. I advised the front desk clerk but later that evening was asked to move to make room for electric cars. I was upset that EV cars took priority over handicapped customers. Also, why do EV cars get free charging? You don't provide free gasoline or desel fuel.
Second issue is the heating system in the rooms turns on and off all night waking me with the noise of the fan next to the bed.
