Stayed for one night was an overall pleasent stay. Our only complaint we were in a jacuzzi room but the tub was out of service. Other than that trip was great

Good hotel but noisy gas station next door

Good comfortable hotel. No issues with checking or having our beagle with us. Only downside is the amount of noise from the gas station right next door. The noise did not disrupt our sleep but may want to request a room on the west side of the building.

Hotel was nice and clean. Only one elevator that was being taken over by guys moving furniture and it was very inconvenient as they were doing it in the morning while people were trying to get to breakfast and move their stuff for check out. Breakfast ended at 9:30 which was right as everyone was coming down to eat. Weird time to end breakfast on the half hour. Patios needed cleaning up and arranging.

Room was clean, Staff was friendly, and above all the staff was honest. Left my purse in room and was found by head housekeeper and mailed to my home by the manager. Such courtesy is not found at many places in today's society. They called and I had my purse within two days.

We were so grateful to the quiet atmosphere and comfortable beds after a long road trip. Everything was very clean and the breakfast was plentiful and yummy.

Not up to standard!

This is the 3rd comfort suites on this trip and the most disappointing. The floor was not vacuumed well, the bath tub was disgusting. I put a towel down to stand in it. There was limited parking because of workers, the lemon water had no lemon taste (yesterdays lemons?), the breakfast room was not attended and I took last items. It just wasn’t even close to as nice as Mattoon, Il and Forrest City, AR.
