I checked into the property around 10:30pm. First thing I saw in my room was at least 4 roaches. I went back to the front desk turned in my key and left. The staff wasn't rude at all. The facility is infested with roaches. Totally unacceptable.

They canceled my reservation without notifying me in advance, make me in n a terrible situation without room in that area, hotel.com should compensate me on that issue
