Confortable et très bien

Our room and restroom were very clean this is my biggest thing when getting a hotel is seeing their restrooms, Very clean like new restroom. The hotel was clean too, the beds were comfortable and the staff was friendly. The hot breakfast it's included and good. This location was the closest to an event we were attending so was a plus.

The plumbing was less than par. The toilet clogged easily and no plunger or crew to help.
Otherwise okay.

Scammy, filthy and disgusting
Publié le 5 févr. 2024 sur HotelsI booked a room with a single king bed because in their listed amenities they promised free extra/rollaway bed. When I arrived at 10 pm they told me they don't have a extra/rollaway bed. They had some rooms with double queen beds available that night, but they insisted on charging me almost $100 more to allow me to stay in those rooms. I protested, arguing if they delivered their promise, I would have no need to book a two-queen-bed room, so they should not punish me for THEIR mistake (a classic conflict of interest situation). They refused. In the end I was forced to pay what they demanded to get what they promised, because it was too late that night and I had no other choice. What a scam!
The room itself is very nasty - nothing like what they promised or those shown on the pictures. I have attached some actual photos. The shower area has some nasty substances on the tiles, and the entire ceiling is molded!
Overall, this is just a rundown motel with dirty rooms and scammy workers masquerading as a high end inn. Nothing like what they try to project to prospective guests. Disgusting.

I was pleased with the room. It was clean, housekeeping was good, breakfast was good and employees were friendly and accommodating. I would stay here again.

Check in was complicated. I did no understand why the person at check in would not take my passport as a valid ID
