The room smelled musty or moldy. Not sure if it was the carpet or the filter on the AC unit. Also the exhaust fan in the bathroom was not working. The beds where hard and the pull out bed was broke down so it could not be used.

Perfect & Lovely Hotel

Hotel is centrally located. Clean, great shower, comfy bed and linens. Terrific front check in staff. We will surely stay here again.

Excellent Stay

The hotel was very clean. The employees friendly. The lady that was doing breakfast interacted with people and helped them with keeping breakfast well stocked , and super clean. Overall our two day stay was very enjoyable.

Always a great stay

The staff is very welcoming and helping. The room is always great. there are many places to stay in El Dorado, but most I would not stay the night in and the only other property that rates as high as this one is much more expensive.

This place is quiet and clean. It is conveniently located right off the main street. Staff is very friendly and accomodating. We did have one minor problem. The internet did connect to the TV to allow us to access apps. They responded to our report and sent staff check it out. Unfortunately. The problem was not resolved.

This hotel stay was lovely. Had no issues with checking in or out & the staff was very friendly. Our room was exactly what we booked (handicap w/ roll in shower). I’d definitely stay again.
