Our check-in was absolutely wonderful! Julie was cordial and friendly and very, very nice! She made a spot-on recommendation for a walkable restaurant where the food was as delicious as she said it would be per her experience. We couldn’t figure out the way to use the key card to open the door to our room and the young man who was also at the desk walked up to our room with me to show us exactly how to open our door. Very courteous and helpful employees - plus a machine that grinds the coffee beans and makes you the perfect fresh cup of coffee 24/7! I will tell everyone I know about this fantastic hotel!

We booked 2 rooms. Both of them were very dirty. I can visibly see the dirt on the floor without my glasses. On top of that, the smell was horrendous. The noise is another level. The property seemed to build without any insulation. I can hear people above us waking and peeing. This was my worse hotel we have stayed at.

Great stay!

It was amazing, clean, happy staff… BUT, the sleep was horrible! The ac did not stay on and every hour we got hot and had to turn it on. Definitely did not get a good nights sleep. I was told by the manager (who was soooo nice) that in the future we could ask for the ac to stay on. We will return next week on our way back from vacation for the night and I hope for a better experience!! But extremely nice staff. I would recommend explaining that to guests upon arrival.
