Very beautiful, cosy villa "Paraje De Libertad". In the district of Monte Pego, in a quiet, sunny position on top of a hill, 8 km from the sea, in a cul-de-sac. Private: large, beautiful, well-kept garden (fenced) with lawn 3'500 m2 flowers, swimming pool with privacy (5 x 10 m, seasonal availability: 01.Jan. - 31.Dec.) with internal staircase. Outdoor shower. In the house: central heating system. Stepped path (22 steps) to the house. Parking on the premises. Shop 5 km, supermarket 5 km, shopping centre 12 km, restaurant 1 km, café 500 m, bus stop 9 km, sandy beach 8 km. Golf course (18 hole) 12 km, tennis 1 km. The owner does not accept any youth groups.

Wunderbare Lage

Das Haus ist bestens ausgestattet. Die Aufteilung der Räume war für unsere Familie optimal. Jedes Doppelzimmer hat sein eigenes Badezimmer. Der Pool ist großzügig angelegt. Das Haus und die Außenanlage sind sehr gepflegt. Ein paar kleinere Reperaturbedarfe wurden Interchalet gemeldet. Uns haben sie aber nicht gestört.

Wir konnten unseren Aufenthalt in der Paraje de Libertad vollumfänglich geniessen. Das grosse Haus/Grundstück lädt zum verweilen und erholen ein. Das Haus ist bestens ausgestatten, es fehlt an nichts. Egal ob baden und chillen am Pool oder BBQ am Abend auf der Terrasse, mit dem wunderschönen Ausblick geniesst man jede Ferienminute.

Très bel endroit - fort isolé et temps exécrable

Très belle maison - superbe situation - beau jardin - belle decoration intérieure. Endroit très isolé tout en haut de la colline - très exposé aux vents - piscine très fraiche même avec du soleil . Seul bemol - faire un effort sur la vaiselle mise à disposition - en particulier les verres : trés dépareillés. Très éloigné de tout magasin - obligation de ne ren oublié lors des courses !

ruim huis

Ruim huis met grote tuin, leuk zwembad en voldoende parkeerruimte. Mooi uitzicht op de bergen. Fijn dat alle slaapkamers een eigen badkamer hebben. Ook de buitendouche en toilet zijn handig. In het souterrain wel veel lawaai van een pomp, die om het uur aanslaat. Wel een steile weg naar het huis.
