The staff is attentive and nice, and the location is very convenient for the convention center. But the hotel is quite old and poorly maintained. The carpeting is stained, the bathrooms are moldy and the rooms are drab.

No bed bugs, but all other types.
Publié le 14 oct. 2023 sur HotelsIt didn’t have bed bugs but there were other types of bugs. There were bugs in the bedding and bathroom. The bathroom was filthy. The tub was covered in back stains. The carpets were not clean. All the countertops were dirty. There was rotting food in the fridge. The place was a dump. The staff was nice.
