The wi-fi setup was terrible, they offer free internet, but it disconnects often. The paid service is probably ok , but I’m not paying for wi-fi services at a hotel

The stay was great, hotel was very clean with everything we needed for our stay. Our Family ranged from 5 years to 68 years. Everyone was very satisfied with the complete stay. The great grandsons 5 and 8 were very impressed with the breakfast selections.

Great stay in the mountains

The staff was friendly and efficient. Rooms and public areas were clean also. Great hotel for the price and the location was perfect. So many stores and restaurants nearby to walk to. I would stay here again.

My last time staying at this hotel

I made the mistake of walking into the bathroom barefoot and was immediately grossed out by the greasy, slippery feeling. The AC smelled like bleach. The breakfast eggs were swimming in liquid, and the coffee was terrible. The shower was nice though just don’t stand barefoot when you finish. I have stayed there many times but now it’s totally changed for the worse. I won’t stay there again!

STEER CLEAR OF CHOICE HOTELS, MANY OTHER "CHOICES"

Steer clear of chice hotels, they do not care if you have a valid complaint and their staff knows it. No shampoo, denial of a first floor room because "they are for people who need them, like the handicapped". Denied 2 adjoining rooms because we reserved rooms with 2 queen beds on line and one of the adjoining rooms has a king bed...I offered to pay extra to have an adjoining room and was toild it could not be done. Never have this issue with any other hotel chain, such as when you check in early and they say "we dont have the bed configuration you reserved online, we can switch you if you accept a different bed layout", and it is never an issue. It's an issue here. Choice also refused to honor a refund request for a room reserved online FORTY FIVE minutes later! Go elsewhere!!!

The rooms was clean but the carpet could be cleaned. I walked on the carpet with white socks and they were dirty at bed time. We enjoyed the breakfast every morning and the staff was very friendly. Will stay there the next time we are in there.
