Ideal Dog Friendly Property

The property was comfortable but in need of updating which I believe the owner intends to do. The double bed had a mattress which was much too soft for us and not very comfortable. We booked this property as it was dog friendly so suited us fine. The village also has dog friendly restaurants which were walking distance from the property. Beautiful beach and great views of the seal colony. The owner gave us good information on where to visit and provided a lovely welcome pack. Kitchen was mostly well stocked although needed more teaspoons and oven needs interior shelving as the only shelf was supported by a bowl. Enjoyed our stay but property needs some TLC.

Thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this property. Clean, comfortable and spacious. Private garden with seating area. Very quiet area, and Newburgh itself is a very tranquil and friendly place. Brilliant area for walks with stunning scenery. Sharon was an excellent host and communication was first class.

Property is nice,comfortable ,clean and spacious. Very close to the amazing beach . Kitchen is well equipped ,bedrooms with wardrobes and drawers .the houses is not modern and new but very cosy .We had a fab time. Only garden was under renovation and not suitable really to seat outside but extention from kitchen with dining table was great for meals and evening board games. Owner was very nice,helpful and respond quickly for any questions we had.

Exactly what I was looking for

I was a bit apprehensive as it was the first time booking through VRBO and I did not know what to expect. I had questions before booking and Sharon, the property manager was great at answering and making things easy. I arrived earlier than expected at the property and Sharon was brilliant once again. The list of positive things goes on and on so I will stop at the fact that I highly recommend staying there! :)

Beautiful beach.

Slight miscommunication over check in but lovely host who made up extra bed for our son to stay too. Beautiful location five minutes from the stunning seal beach. Lots to see in the area. Dog friendly. Perfect for our needs. Many thanks for a wonderful stay.
