Comfortable but left disappointed this time
Posted Feb. 28, 2024 on HotelsThis facility is our go-to when traveling through to AZ. The facility is clean and convenient. Slept well but woke up to no shower. The handle fell off and there was no water. Front desk was informed. Due to time constraints on travel we had to leave without showers. Lesson learned--we will always check that everyone works before settling in. A little more time on facility maintenance details.

Caylen & a young woman named Charlie were just terrific at the front desk. This hotel has 2 great employees who are engaging, friendly & helpful. I really like this hotel.....thanks so much!
