This 4 bedroom, 3 bathroom oceanfront duplex is in a fantastic mid-island location of beautiful Emerald Isle. Not far from the shopping and restaurants of downtown, but away from the crowds.

The interior of Good Day Sunshine is attractively decorated with an elegant 'beach casual' decor. If you like to cook, look no further. The kitchen is well stocked with many extras to bring out the hidden chef in you.

We did not forget that in this day and age sometimes you still need to be connected. That is why Good Day Sunshine has high-speed broadband internet with WiFi. The master bedroom has a small desk area, so you can stay on top of your work (but only if you really want to).

Both the living room and master bedroom have spectacular oceanfront views. Upper and lower decks allow you to relax watching the ocean in comfort; shade or sun, you decide. Imagine yourself, cold drink in hand, watching the sunset from your private dune-top deck. The end to another perfect day at Good Day Sunshine.

Level One: Bedroom #1 has a King Bed, 46" Smart Roku TV, DVD Player, with Private Bath & Deck Access. Bedroom #2 has a bunkbed with Full Bed on the bottom and Twin Bed on the top, plus a twin trundle and a Smart Roku TV. Bedroom #3 has two Twin Beds and a Smart Roku TV. Bedroom #2 and #3 share a Full Bathroom.

Level Two: Bedroom #4 has a Queen Bed and a 37" Flat Screen TV w/Roku. Full Bathroom. Well stocked kitchen. Dining Area. Living Room has a 50” Smart Roku TV with DVD Player, Bluetooth Soundbar & Deck Access.

(2) Management Company reserves the right to deny stays less than 7 nights, if the arrival date is more than 30 days out from the booking date. Stays less than 7 nights, with an arrival date between mid-April to mid-October, are strictly prohibited unless approved by management.
