Agreable accueille, le receptionniste tres gentil, la chambre super propre.

Overall good stay in this hotel , some issues though to highlight and improve to reach 10/10 : 1/ the hotel claimed that they were not listed in Hotels.Com and they didn’t understand how we could book the 4 bed room while it was no longer available 2/ the cleaning staff (lady) is very rude , not saying hello or even a smile - should change ASAP as this is the face to customer 3/ while booking it was mentioned the breakfast was included but there was clearly no buffet or breakfast - the only think we could find was tea. On a positive note : 1/ the manager of the hotel is excellent and made everything possible to allow us stay the second night while the 4 bed room was booked , he provided us 4 single separate room which was greatly appreciated ! 2/ the hotel is brand new , clean and rooms are great with fridge , TV , kitchen corner ... should maybe consider adding air conditioning for full confort .

Great hotel in town with great rooms and staff.

Das Zimmer, das wir bezogen haben, war offensichtlich lange Zeit nicht genutzt worden. Es war teilweise ziemlich staubig. Die Toilette war nicht gereinigt! Auf der Klobrille und dem Toilettenrand waren Urinflecken vorhanden! Nach meinem Hinweis wurde sie zwar gereinigt, aber das Mindeste, was man erwarten kann, ist, dass die Toilette sauber ist.
