In the main bedroom, you'll find a closet and a comfortable queen-size bed. The bathroom is complete with a single vanity and a walk-in shower. For your convenience, a full-size washer and dryer are also available for use. This unit comes with one parking space located in front of the property.

The entry patio features a four-person dining table. Access to the unit is available from the front street and also from the street behind. The backyard includes turf, which is ideal for pets, as well as for storing your bikes and surfboards. The backyard picnic table is shared with the unit in the front.
