First time vrbo users and we had a great experience thanks to our hosts! They were quick to reply to any questions and happy to go above and beyond our expectations. Location is excellent, not only is the cabin nestled on a hill surrounded by trees for privacy, there are also small convenience stores and cafes/restaurants within less than 15 mins drive away and beautiful walking trails nearby. (Check out the dog-friendly Pic Vert lookout, Les Boucles d'Entrelacs).The cabin itself is clean, cozy and welcoming, suited with everything you need and more to enjoy either a long or short stay. The pavillion with hot tub, BBQ, and pizza oven is the perfect spot to cook, meditate, listen to music (bluetooth speakers inside!), or just hangout. It will be even better in warmer weather when the view of the forrest is visible from the hottub. Notes for fellow guests: marshmallow/hot dog pokers are stored under the oven, don't leave meltable food on the kitchen table because the specatcular full day sun will melt it, and bird seed is in a bin in the closet by the front door (chickadees and a hungry little squirrel visit every day!)We can't wait to book another stay this summer!

The cottage is really well equipped, you will find everything you need and the host is very nice, just because it's winter time, a lot of snow and we can't walk to the lake.
