The staff was amazing and friendly, extremely helpful. The breakfast was good. The atmosphere in the lobby was nice and a lot of amenities.

I am sorry you feel this way. Our pool is currently open and have been open for a few weeks now. with daily shut downs to manage chemicals and all necessary cleanings to assure all of our guests can swim safely. We have not had any reports or findings of any bugs on property in a very long time. Please reach out to the hotel directly so we can check on your room and make sure there is no sign of such an issue.

The hot tub was nice. However, it was not warm enough and the jets were not very powerful. There was NO hot water in the room to take a shower. Had to wash our faces in cold water. Breakfast was not impressive. Not enough eggs, sausage, yogurt, juice. Not certain if this was all because it was sold out
