I didn’t have the highest expectations for this hotel, but it was very dirty. The pool area was not frequently checked and cleaned and the hotel room shower was very dirty. It may not be a 5 star hotel, but when paying for a service, there is an expectation of a clean room. Lots of children running through the halls.
On the positive side, the staff were very friendly. It is conveniently located close to lots of amenities and the breakfast was good.

I expected a quiet night in my hotel room, but I was faced with an extremely loud and chaotic night. Running and screaming of children and loud adults awoke me in the night and left me annoyed and sleepless. Others the next morning agreed the disruption was frustrating. I was outraged and irritated when leaving the hotel.
