Night portier didn’t do anything to ask the other guest to move their EV cars even though it is their policy at the hotel that when the car is 100% charged you have to move your car. We came in late afternoon and needed to charge. Two cars was fully charged in the afternoon and was still parked at the charging space in the morning. 😡staff both night and morning was totally not able to help in any way👏👎

Friendly staff and clean modern room. Breakfast was the highlight with fresh product, quality bread and surprising options (bulgar salad, veggies, egg salad, …) You see that all the staff puts great care and attention to detail. All for a very affordable price!

Schneller und freundlicher Check-in. Immer eine freundliche Auskunft bei Fragen. Parkplätze mit Lademöglichkeiten für E Fahrzeuge vorhanden. Frühstücksbuffet mit einer guten Auswahl. Zimmer sind sauber, WLAN ist vorhanden. Zum Stadtzentrum sind es nur fünf Minuten Fußweg.

Nicht zu empfehlen

Zimmer wurde lustlos sauber gemacht. Bettdecke einfach wieder übers Bett geworfen, Kissen, was wohl über Nacht runter gefallen war, lag noch in dem Spalt zwischen Fenster und Bett. Überwurf wurde auch nicht wieder auf das Bett gelegt. Reinigungsmaterial wurde in Bad vergessen.. Das Einzige, was aber eigentlich nicht nötig war, es wurden die Handtücher ausgetauscht. Personal hatte wohl nicht wirklich Lust was zu reinigen, sonst hätte sie / er gemerkt, dass die Sprühflasche mit Putzmittel bei uns vergessen wurde. Frühstück am Sonntag war extrem schlecht. Es waren viel zu viele Personen da und nicht genug Sitzplätze. Wir haben erst nur einen Kaffee getrunken, und wollten uns dann Essen holen. Als der Mitarbeiter sah, dass wir unseren Kaffee fasst leer hatten wurden wir direkt aufgefordert, den Raum zu verlassen damit andere Gäste Platz bekommen (mit einer sehr unfreundlichen Handbewegung und den Worten: Sie fertig dann gehen). Das ist eine absolute Unverschämtheit. Vor der Haupteingangstür läuft der Mülleimer über und daneben liegen Getränkeflaschen, auf der Bank stand eine Bierflasche, nicht wirklich einladend. Parkgebühr 18Euro, im Freien hätte ich nur 12 bezahlt, hat mich aber niemand drauf hingewiesen. Personal nicht freundlich Werde nicht wieder kommen

das Zimmer war prima, so wie beschrieben und sauber, das Reinigungspersonal stets freundlich und hilfsbereit absoluter Minuspunkt: das Frühstück 7:30/8 Uhr kein Sitzplatz im Frühstücksbereich, magere Speisenauswahl, Ei, Pancake, dunkle Brötchen gab es Freitag nicht (zuviel Andrang bei zu wenig und überfordertem Personal), Tische wurden nicht abgeräumt, Hotelgäste sich selbst überlassen, 1 von 2 Kaffeeautomaten mit Fehlermeldung & dadurch Stau 2. Minuspunkt: Rezeption, sollte ein Aushängeschild des Hotels sein, habe mich nicht willkommen gefühlt, Check-out war in Ordnung, jedoch auch da ist Verbesserungspotential Fazit: Ich übernachte wieder im Haus, da Lage, Preis und Zimmer gut sind & ich jetzt besser weiß, was mich servicetechnisch erwartet.

Für 1-2 Übernachtungen in Ordnung

Check-in mangelhaft, da ein noch nicht gereinigtes Zimmer zugewiesenen wurde! Sollte so nicht passieren. Nach Rücksprache mit Rezeption neues Zimmer bekommen und als Entschuldigung 2 Freigetränke an der Bar. Soweit ok. Abends nach Rückkehr ins Hotelzimmer festgestellt, dass der Fernseher nicht funktioniert. Sicher nicht die Hauptsache bei 1 Übernachtung, aber ärgerlich. Ansonsten Zimmer sehr sauber, ruhig und zweckmäßig. Frühstück absolut in Ordnung, da das Hotel nicht übermäßig belegt war, auch entspannte Atmosphäre im Frühstücksbereich, was wir bei guter Belegung auch schon anders erlebt haben (laut, kaum Plätze frei, Service überlastet). Parkplätze sehr teuer, extrem enge Einfahrt in das Parkhaus, viele Betonsäulen, die sich optisch kaum absetzen von den Wänden. Parkhaus absolut keine Empfehlung!
