Agence Cocoonr offers you this welcoming 240 m² villa in Erquy, very close to the town of Erquy and its port. You'll enjoy a large south-facing terrace and 400m² garden in a peaceful setting.
La Villa des marins is a fully renovated 240 m² house on 3 levels that can accommodate up to 14 people. The living room is large and bright, so you'll feel right at home in the cosy atmosphere. You'll appreciate the well-equipped kitchen for preparing your favorite recipes. A large central island can accommodate up to 14 guests.

First floor

The neighborhood
Shops and market in the town center 7 min away on foot, bakery less than 5 min away, ideal for fresh bread every morning. Pedestrian path to Caroual beach via the viaduct, 15 min away, large sandy beach, paradise for sand yachting and water sports. Center d'Erquy beach, smaller but in the heart of the town, sheltered between Cap d'Erquy and Pointe de la Heussaye, it is bordered by a pedestrian dike hosting a children's playground.

Nautical activities :
Sailboat, dinghy, kayak, catamaran and windsurfing courses, as well as equipment rental for a little trip out to sea!
Kitesurfing, paddleboarding, surfing and boat trips to discover the Caps d'Erquy and Fréhel.
Sea outings on an old rig, the Sainte-Jeanne.

Don't forget your bike for a stroll around town, on the harbor, or to explore Erquy's various neighborhoods...
And for those impressed by Erquy's uneven terrain, electrically-assisted bicycles are available. Cap Fréhel and the port of Dahouët via the greenway are within everyone's reach with an electrically-assisted bicycle. Bikes for hire at the Erquy Tourist Office or Cap Evasion (camping des Salines Plurien).
