I loved this property! It is so unique. I will definitely come back. The hot tub is so nice under the stars. Enjoyed the fire pit and s’mores. The property was beautiful to walk. The rental area is so beautiful. The Pelican room is very nice for a movie. They give you a generous breakfast. Just all around wonderful

Just got back from an overnight stay at the cottage. Beautiful area, surroundings among nature. The cottage was warm and comfy, and clean. We had a balcony to ourselves and ample space for the 2 of us. However, when it came to dinner time, the restaurant on site was CLOSED. We looked up numerous "nearby" places but none would deliver due to the resort either being too far away or closed for christmas holiday.NO FOOD DELIVERY available to this resort! We called reception who was very nice and gave us the gate number to allow any deliveries in however it was fruitless as nothing was available nearby. We also had an issue with the AC but the receptionist was very helpful and came immediately to help us out. Hubby and I ending up eating from the breakfast basket for dinner. This basket was provided to us at check in (around 3pm the day before). This could be due to the christmas holiday but make sure to see if the on site restaurant is available before you go or you will lack any dining experiences from being at this resort. I wish i had packed food from home or gotten it otw to the resort to store in the fridge. Overall a well recommended place & a would stay again!

Hello Farooque, we appreciate your kind feedback. Our property has never featured a restaurant (we are working on this!), and consequently, we haven't advertised it as an amenity for our guests. We apologize for any inconvenience caused by the limited availability of local restaurants during the holidays, which unfortunately is beyond our control. Each of our cottages is equipped with fridges, microwaves, egg makers, coffee machines, and toasters. Additionally, we offer grilling areas throughout the property for your convenience. We are so happy to hear that the team were responsive to your requests for assistance. We hope that you visit us again in the future!

Perfect place for us to stay. The breakfast basket was awesome and the cottage was quiet which is what I was looking for and perfect for my dog to explore on our walks. Will definitely come again when I'm in Escondido again
