Small but Clean rooms-homeless & smokers abound

SMALL rooms. Smokers in NON-SMOKING rooms hang out outside their rooms and smoke. I could smell it. This location needs DESIGNATED SMOKING AREAS. There were NO SIGNS for such, except the smoking building. MAKE SIGNS THAT SAY NO SMOKING and a DEDICATED SMOKING AREA. I saw a small cockroach in my room the day I left. It's a clean place. You can tell the owners try to maintain it. There are homeless people everywhere here. It's kind of bad. So bad that the Starbucks across the street is closing because of it.

Nice property. Very clean rooms a little outdated but very nice for what we needed it for. Just wish they had a little more counter space in the bathroom. Beds were actually comfortable! Would definitely stay here again.
