Secure wifi, smart TV with antenna. hand soap, shampoo, dish soap, toilet paper, paper towels & tissues provided as well as quality towels. Unit is clean and fresh.

    Perfect for a solo, working weekend with my laptop. My only caution to others is that this room is above the garage and its loud and rumbly (vibrates the floor) when the garage door is opened/closed. But it didn't happen at inappropriate times or anything. Just a heads up for the noise sensitive folks who want zero disturbances.

    Absolutely amazing stay. Love this old house and all of the time and care Cindy has put into it. We loved meeting her and her awesome pup! She went out of her way to make us comfortable. The bed was super comfy and the shower hot. We would love to come visit again!

    Great, easy location for exploration of the thumb and Bay Area. Hostess was onsite, personable, and gave good recommendations for the area. The window air-conditioning could be better as it was quite hot the day we arrived and it struggled to keep up, especially to reach the bed and into the bathroom; when it wasn’t so hot, it seemed to do a bit better.

    A Fabulous stay in Essexville!

    I have usually stayed in a hotel in Bay City for my visits to Essexville but this time I decided to look for a VRBO closer to my destination. I found Cindy’s listing and the reviews were all very positive so I booked it, I’m so glad I did. Cindy is a great host and the loft was so perfect for my needs. The area is quiet and relaxing and as an added bonus her lilacs and cherry tree were in full bloom for my stay. Gorgeous! Cindy was kind, friendly, and very responsive to my needs. She had great tips for the area as well. I would most definitely stay here again and I’ve recommended it to others attending my workshop. Thank you for your hospitality, Cindy! (And extra props for coming to my rescue haha!)

    Loft Living

    We visited Frankenmuth Michigan for my Birthday (July 22nd) We stayed at short drive away in the most Adorable loft in Cynthia's Beautiful home. Our host was Friendly, Helpful and very Knowledgeable of the area. The loft was so Cozy and exceeded our expectations. Our stay with Cynthia was very Affordable which left us with extra money for souvenirs to add to the memories we took with us. Cynthia helped make this an Unforgettable 59th birthday. We will definitely stay here the next visit to this area. Thank you for everything.

    My only complaint is that this property states it can house two people, but it only has a full size bed. Fitting two adults on there was a squeeze and not much room for moving around. I wouldn’t recommend for hot sleepers, as we had the A/C on the lowest setting and it was still warm in there. Other than that, it was great. Quiet and host was nice. You can make your own food and it has a fridge to store things. I’d say it’s better suited for one traveler though.
