The accommodation sleeps 4 people and comprises 2 double bedrooms, one with a double bed & en-suite bathroom, the second with twin beds & separate bathroom. Both bedrooms have their own private balcony. The large, light & airy sitting room leads to a spacious terrace overlooking the gardens and swimming pool. There is a private solarium sun terrace with outstanding panoramic sea views. An extremely well equipped kitchen features dishwasher, microwave, washing machine & coffee machine.

Lovely apartment with great views

The apartment was lovely, relaxing and quiet, just as described. However the upstairs terrace was fabulous and private. Shopping was close by, and the beaches, cafes and restaurants were just a short drive away. Being Easter weekend, shops were closed but everything else was open. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and hope to come back sometime.

An amazing apartment with a fantastic view and pool

An absolute amazing apartment. Loads of space, including three balconies, the one next to the living room space is ideal for family entertainment, to top balcony gives you a 360 view of the sea, mountains and villages. Star watching at night is in readable. Really useful to have a car and the garage is easy to use. The kitchen has everything you need. The pool in quiet and people that live in the apartments below are really friendly. A great find !

Fantastic Apartment with Gorgeous views!!

First of all a Very Big Thank You to Julie for making our holiday fabulous!! The apartment is simply fantastic. It is big and airy with lots of light flooding in. Julie's instructions to the apartment from the airport were just perfect. It's very easy and straightforward to get to the apartment. The apartment was very clean and tidy when we arrived. We opened the shutters and found the biggest surprise.......the views are just gorgeous from every terrace and window. Everything is very well thought at the apartment. There tables and chairs in all the terraces to relax and make most of the views. To wake up to the sun shinning on the Rock of Gibraltar was simply beyond words!! The bedrooms, bathrooms and kitchen are all extremely well equipped. Julie has really thought very carefully and furnished the apartment. It had everything we needed and more. The apartment also has a garage which we used. There are supermarkets, shops and restaurants easily accessible from the apartment. Booking with Julie was very easy. She was very efficient in replying my emails and answering all my questions. We are now looking forward to booking again for next year soon. Thank you, Julie once again!!

Fab Location, Fab Apartment, Fab Holiday!

We stayed here for our family holiday June 2019, family of five, teenaged upward. This was a perfect location to base ourselves for exploring the wider area, we hired a car and managed to visit and enjoy the wide variety of beaches and mountain villages close by including Casares, La Duquesa, Estepona, MalagĂĄ, Benahavis, La Ronda and Manilva. We all fell in love with Casares and Benahavis and enjoyed sampling the local cuisine including the fab cold soup! Estepona has a fab beach, beautiful old town area with a lovely atmosphere, friendly and relaxed. Having access to a car certainly was an advantage, however there are regular buses and the Hotel just up from the apartment were really helpful in providing information on timetable/ taxis etc. There are plenty of good supermarkets within walking distance, get your supplies in prior to Sunday as all seem to close for the day. The apartment is on the third floor and permits fantastic all round views from a selection of balconies including the roof terrace which was a favourite with us, incredible breath taking views!! The apartment is very well fitted out with all your needs met from hair drier, iron to all the kitchen utensils to make it truly feel like home away from home. The air conditioning is throughout which was much appreciated, WIFI was excellent and there were lots of books, games etc. also available. The pool was beautiful and very often we had it to ourselves. Julie provided the linen and sufficient indoor towels for our use which saved carrying additional supplies. From the outset of communicating with Julie she was extremely helpful, replied promptly and all the details were precise. We had a fabulous, memorable family holiday, we highly recommend Julies apartment to others who plan to visit the area. We certainly hope to return!! Thank you Julie for having us stay.

Belle vue, Calme, 3 Úme étage sans ascenseur

L'appartement était super avec un balcon qui menait à chaque chambre c'est calme le matin et le soir. Les Barbecues et les repas en terrasse sont conviviale, en haut grace à un escalier vous accédez à un solarium pour se détendre et bronzer.La Piscine pour tous les résidents est agréable mais il manque de transats. Nous avons passes un trÚs bon moment en famille.

Nous avons passĂ© 15 jours trĂšs agrĂ©able dans cette appartement. La cuisine est trĂšs bien Ă©quipĂ©e, les chambres sont spacieuses et Ă©quipĂ©es de la climatisation qui est indispensable avec les tempĂ©ratures de la rĂ©gion. Une belle vue sur la mer depuis la terrasse spacieuse oĂč nous avons pris tous nos repas petit dĂ©jeunĂ© compris. Dommage que nous n'avons pas pu profiter de l'espace solarium sur le toit, car les transats sont hors d'usages!! Nous recommandons cette location.

Lovely Apartment

Stayed here in Aug 19, as a family of four, including 15 & 17 year olds. The apartment was superb, and like others have said, has everything you need to enjoy a self catering holiday. Plenty of equipment, like being at home. The location of the apt is on top of a hill( with breathtaking views),about 1.3km from nearest supermarket. You do really need a car if you are wishing to go out, and there is super garage parking available. Enjoyed visiting Benahavis and Cancelada for morning coffee( whilst kids slept in), and Gib was an hours drive, if you were wishing to explore further afield. Relaxing holiday, thank you Julie.

Fantastic Property in a great area

We stayed at Julie’s property in August for our family holiday. We had a hire car and having access to a parking space was great. The property itself was wonderful, very well equipped and comfortable for the 6 of us. The balcony & roof terrace provided lots of outside space to enjoy the views and we often had the pool to ourselves. The location is ideal for exploring the surrounding area and we liked that we weren’t in the middle of a big resort. There were some shops & restaurants at the bottom of the road approximately 1km from the apartment which was an easy 10 minutes walk, however be aware that you will be walking up hill on your return. We are walkers so didn’t mind that. There are a couple of very big supermarkets at the bottom of the road so handy for supplies. There is a bus stop there to so you actually need to have a car to stay here. For anyone with mobility issues it would be useful to note the apartment is on the 3rd/top floor of the complex & can only be accessed by climbing the steps. We really loved our stay here, there are lots of places to explore within a 10-15 minute drive and we found the apartment ideal for relaxing, by the pool or on the terrace. It is also an ideal location to explore further afield & we went to Gibraltar in under an hour and also Seville in a little over 2 hours. Julie is a fabulous host, communication from her from booking was warm, friendly & informative. We would highly recommend this property.

Great apartment. Wonderful pool even though the water was freezing. Fantastic views on a clear day you can see Gibraltar and coast of Africa. Great location with all the amenities situated within walking distance. I would hire a car so you can go to near by Puerto Banus or Marbella within 15 minutes. So much to see and do.

Das Appartement hat alles, was man im Urlaub benötigt. Die Vermieterin Julie war jederzeit hilfsbereit. Das Highlight ist der Ausblick von der Dachterrasse. Das Appartement liegt recht zentral fĂŒr diverse AusflĂŒge (z.B. Ronda, Gibraltar). Die direkte Umgebung kann da leider nicht mithalten. Der Strand (ca. 1, 3 km entfernt) besteht aus dunklem Sand und Steinen, sowie auch der Untergrund im Wasser. Wir haben daher schönere StrĂ€nde besucht (mit dem Auto). Beim Spazieren gehen in unmittelbarer NĂ€he des Appartements muss man sich im Slalom bewegen, um dem ĂŒberall herumliegenden Hundekot auszuweichen, Zusammengefasst: das Appartement ist prima, die Umgebung hat Verbesserungspotential.

Very nice and equipped apartment.

Nearby Puerto Banus, charming Estepona with the old town and nice beach. We rent a car all week and trips to Gibraltar , Ronda and the beautiful white Cesero were all to recommend. The apartement was quiet, and by sunset the sun teracce was the place to be. The owner gave us all the best of service. We sent her SMS or email and she answered in a few hours, or within an hour! Thank you Julie!

Lovely apartment with stunning views

We are a family of four with two teenagers who love messing around in a pool, and we all love swimming in the sea. We found this a great location to base ourselves for exploring the endless beaches from Puerto BanĂșs to the East to Playa Cristo in Estepona (practically continuous beach for miles). Those two are the most popular as they are sandy and good for kids. Many others are good and the endless supply of beach helps with finding less busy spots. We enjoyed restaurants in Estepona, MalagĂĄ, Benahavis and La Ronda. We didn't explore local places so much, but there are many walkable eateries. Facilities were exactly as listed and we had all that we needed, the apartment was maintained in excellent condition and we had very good lines of communcation with Julie at all times. It was great to find cupboards stocked with many cooking essentials and some welcoming drinks in the fridge on arrival. I would say that having a hire car made for us the best use of this location, although the nearest beach is very walkable and nice, with a good restaurant right where you arrive. For culture, MalagĂĄ and La Ronda stood out. For eating, Benahavis. We also found the No 2 bus to Estepona cheap and handy for when the driver fancies an evening drink. We loved the top terrace for an evening glass of cava with views of the mountains of North Africa and Gibraltar. Unforgettable!

Apartment with a breathtaking views.

Very comfortable and clean apartment, it has all the facilities required for a holiday stay. It position gives you fantastic views of Africa and Gibralta on a clear day. If you are looking for a relaxed holiday with excellent weather then you can't go wrong booking this apartment. Julie was extremely helpful throughout the booking process and beyond.
