From the moment you enter the apartment you will literally dive into the Costa del Sol beach lifestyle. The modern and stylish open space living area comes with floor-to-ceiling windows that fully retract into the walls, creating a very spacious in-/outdoor area directly facing the pool, the gardens and the beach.



Feel like cooking at your home away from home? Let the Bulthaupt design kitchen with Gaggenau appliances allow you to cook and entertain, while having the deep blue colour of the Mediterranean serving as your backdrop. Or choose to have a BBQ on the specious south facing private terrace with its spectacular views.



The Master bedroom has a large king sized bed, comes with en-suite bathroom (shower and bathtub) and a dressing area. Here you can view the glow of the sunrise over the sea.. The smaller queen bedroom is the only room facing towards the roadside but still guarantees a quiet rest due to its soundproof windows. The second bathroom with shower, washing machine and dryer is accessible via the hallway.



Those who seek some activities can enjoy direct access to the pedestrian and bicycle promenade that connects to Estepona (approx. 6 km to the west) and Saladillo Beach (approx. 6 km to the east), without having to cross one single road.
