The room served its purpose for our visit. However, we specifically requested a tub instead of a shower. Their website said that a tub or shower could be requested, but that was not true. It seems they have designated rooms for third-party reservations, and the ads for their hotel are misleading.

Our room was clean, spacious and nicely updated to a modern look! The location was perfect, close to downtown but away from traffic. Communication was great as well. I would highly recommend staying here!

The view from our room was gorgeous. Perfect place to rest your head at night after exploring Rocky Mountain National Park all day. Very clean and saw elk every day and mule deer.

This was a very nice and comfortable motel in Estes Park plus there was a herd of elk right outside my window every day. There is a basic free breakfast but if you need more there are multiple restaurants nearby.

The room was clean, comfortable, we had a nice deck. Elk went through each evening. The property looked like it was updating some of the rooms. Close to Beaver Meadows RMNP entrance.

The front desk got my reservation wrong the first time I had to go back and show them my confirmation number and then they said that I owed more money because my card didn’t go through Expedia correctly somehow and I had to explain that I paid the full amount upfront and I had to show them the receipt from Expedia. I almost got screwed over and got stuck with a basic room when I paid for a higher end private condo that they provide. Staff knowledge could be increased

Convenient and affordable hotel that’s central to everything in Estes Park / short walk to the lake. The beds were comfortable and the bathroom was renovated. Only issue is it is a bit loud when people walk by the room but not that big of a deal.
