Service was non-exsistent. The location of the Spring Valley Ranch was incredibly difficult to find. The interaction with the only representative encountered was to describe me as “a dude”. The room, though fine, was poorly lit. Decided not to stay and drive 2 hours to find a decent accommodation.

No one to check the scene at our arrival. No microwave or fridge in our room? Management kept questioning us if we should be there. Beautiful peaceful room was clean.

very nice place and beautiful landscape
